Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Mentally tired but unable to truly rest? On edge without fully knowing why? Emotionally drained by the pace of life and the constant noise of the world? You are not alone. Many people today are living in a state of nervous system overload — moving through their days feeling anxious, fatigued, disconnected, or stretched thin. Even when life looks “fine” on the outside, the body can still be holding tension, stress, and emotional weight. This class is designed to gently interrupt that cycle. Nervous System Reset — Power Hour is a guided weekly restoration practice created to help you regulate your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your natural state of calm. This is not a performance-based yoga class. This is not about pushing harder or doing more. This is about learning how to slow down safely. Each session begins with grounding and intention setting, creating a safe and supportive space for your nervous system to begin unwinding. From there, we move into breathwork practices that signal safety to the body and help shift you out of stress mode and into regulation. You will then be guided through slow, mindful movement designed to release tension stored in the muscles and fascia. The movement is gentle, accessible, and deeply intentional — allowing the body to open without force. As the session unfolds, we gradually transition into restorative integration, where the body and mind are invited into deeper stillness through visualization, relaxation, and nervous system settling. Each class becomes a reset point in your week. A pause. A recalibration. A return to center. Week by week, this practice helps build emotional resilience, mental clarity, and physical ease. Rather than offering temporary relief, the experience supports long-term regulation by teaching your body how to return to balance more easily. Participants often notice improvements in: • stress management • sleep quality • emotional regulation • mental focus • body awareness • overall sense of calm This class supports the reset of the mind, body, and spirit. Over time, the nervous system learns that it does not need to remain in survival mode. It remembers how to soften, how to breathe deeply, and how to exist in a state of safety and presence. Think of this hour as your weekly sanctuary — a place where you can step away from demands, expectations, and external pressure, and return to yourself. You do not need prior yoga experience.

Fit by Tae Bond – Client Policies & Agreement Welcome to Fit by Tae Bond, where every experience is curated with intention, integrity, and care. By booking this session or package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Commitment & Expiration All sessions within a package must be used within six (6) months of purchase. Sessions not redeemed by that date will expire and are non-refundable. Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited. 2. Refunds & Credits All sales are final. Because these offerings involve preparation, scheduling, and energetic commitment, no monetary refunds are issued. If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients may apply a one-time credit toward another Fit by Tae Bond service within six months. 3. Nature of Service Fit by Tae Bond provides holistic wellness experiences including yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, Mat Pilates, sound therapy, and coaching. These sessions are not medical care or psychotherapy and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Tae Bond, The Wellness Architect, is a certified yoga and fitness professional, not a licensed physician or therapist. All practices are for educational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes only. 4. Client Responsibility You agree that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate. You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after each session. Consult your physician before beginning any new wellness program. 5. Liability Waiver By booking, you voluntarily waive and release Fit by Tae Bond, its owner and affiliates, from any and all claims arising from participation, including injury, illness, or emotional distress. 6. Confidentiality & Respect All client information shared in sessions remains confidential. Mutual respect and openness are essential for transformation. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund. 7.
